Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett was named the NFC defensive player of the week on Wednesday, nearly a week after he sacked San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick 3.5 times in a nationally televised contest.
Later in the day, Bennett took some time to explain the dance he did after each sack.
When asked if he'd heard from the league regarding the rather NSFW dance that involves a lot of hip movement and some pelvic thrusts, Bennett mentioned the fine levied against Denver Broncos defensive end Von Miller earlier in the month.
"My friend Von (Miller), he got fined because he did three pumps," Bennett said from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton.
