At the end of last week’s game against the Falcons, there was worry about DE Michael Bennett. Bennett had left the game after a nasty hit to the lower legs. It seems the worry wasn’t warranted as Bennett practiced every day this week and is ready to go for the game.
On the flip side of that, Kam Chancellor, who missed last week’s game with a groin injury, did not bounce back as quickly as Bennett. Back up safety Kelcie McCray will get the start. McCray seemed to have a few communication issues with the rest of the defense last week.
