Report: Seattle Seahawks’ Marshawn Lynch shelves own biopic after ‘terrible job’

Remember the bizarre, 4-minute long trailer for the Marshawn Lynch biopic “Family First” released on the internet in February? Well, that’s all moviegoers are likely to see of the project, which has reportedly been shelved indefinitely by the Seahawks running back.

Rolling Stone’s Kenneth Arthur wrote Tuesday that Lynch, who owns the right to the film, shut down production after the film’s director, Mario Bobino, released the trailer without permission.

Doug Hendrickson, Lynch’s agent, didn’t mince words when discussing the movie’s future — or it’s director, who purports to be a longtime Lynch family friend.
