Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will undergo surgery to repair a sports hernia on Wednesday, according to a report from NFL Media's Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport tweeted Tuesday night that Lynch would have the procedure after flying to Philadelphia on Monday to consult with core injuries specialist Dr. William Meyers. According to Rapoport, the surgery should keep Lynch out "about a month."
