NFL Free Agency is officially here, and the next few days will feature several Seattle Seahawks rumors. The Seahawks have made a few moves so far, and might not be done yet. With that in mind, here are all of the interesting rumors and news tidbits on the Seahawks.
Russell Okung Visits
The Seahawks want to keep Okung like they did WR Jermaine Kearse, but that might not end up being the case.
While one #Seahawk returns, could one leave? I'm told LT Russell Okung has visits with the #Giants and the #Lions. Both have big OT needs.

Okung is talented, but has also battled injuries in recent seasons. He's representing himself in this free agency, and the 49ers, Lions and Giants are also interested in Okung. He'll make his visit to Detroit tomorrow.
Kelvin Beachum Visit?
If Seattle can't keep Okung, they'll be in desperate need of an OT. That's why they'll bring in a former Steeler for a visit.

Beachum is talented, but like Okung, is coming off an injury. He'd be able to effectively replace Okung. What type of contract he'd end up getting is up in the air. Donald Penn is also an option at tackle.
Punter Re-Signs
Punters are people too, and Seattle just gave Jon Ryan a nice contract.
The #Seahawks locked up punter Jon Ryan to a 4-year deal worth $10M, source said. He gets a $2.4M signing bonus.

Ryan has played well for Seattle and this is a fair contract. It puts him in the Top 15 of punter contracts.
