MT. JULIET, Tenn. — Police arrested a woman for allegedly stealing more than $800 in flip-flops from an Old Navy store.
According to Mt. Juliet Police, 26-year-old Tawonda Parrish of Nashville was stopped with a friend after witnesses described their car to cops.
When they were pulled over, the footwear was found, and returned to Old Navy.
Parrish was charged with felony theft of merchandise. Her friend Tena Allen, 28, of Nashville was arrested for an unrelated probation violation charge.
