PASCO, Wash. (KERP) -- A Pasco man trying to report what he thought was a burglary in progress ended up getting arrested himself, police say.
A man was staying at the Loyalty Inn in Pasco and believed he saw a burglar with a black toolbag attempting to break into a vacant room according to Pasco police.
Police say after further investigation, the "suspect" was found to be a Pizza Hut delivery guy, complete with a hat and car sign, the "black toolbag" was a pizza bag, and the "tool" of choice was a Hawaiian pizza.
