I was initially thinking about framing it in terms of “wow, you could either see a lot of further off prospects in Everett or some elite near-term contributors in Tacoma!,” but it would be naïve to suggest that you could plan on the best Rainiers being there for anything longer than a month. Besides, does freeway construction ever end in that stretch of I-5?
