SAN JOSE — Sharks captain Logan Couture received a text message from Minnesota Wild goalie Alex Stalock, who hasn’t forgotten what happened when the two teams met Nov. 7 at SAP Center.
Couture scored on Stalock 52 seconds into the first period in what became a 6-5 Sharks win in San Jose. The two teams meet again Thursday.

“He let me get one at the start of the year when I was struggling a little bit,” Couture said of Stalock, his former roommate with the Worcester Sharks a decade ago. “He already texted me, and said take it easy tonight, don’t score on me in the first couple minutes.
