San Jose Sharks Sign Top Prospect Jeremy Roy

The San Jose Sharks and general manager Doug Wilson have done a very nice job in recent drafts of selecting high-end, impact prospects that should be ready to help the Sharks in the near future. One of those prospects is 2015 second-round pick, number 31 overall, Jeremy Roy who reminds many people of former San Jose Sharks great Dan Boyle.

The Sharks locked up Roy, who is just 18 years old, by signing him to a standard, entry-level contract.

Roy has been a force in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) with the Sherbrooke Phoenix.
