Drew Remenda's Stanley Cup Diary: Not pretty, but plenty good

Game 5 for the Sharks wasn't a Rembrandt or a Monet or even a Van Gogh. I'd describe it as a Jackson Pollock masterpiece, or that cat poster that states "Hang in There Baby!"

In the beginning the canvas was clean, with the Sharks getting the lead for the first time in the series. After that it was a colourful abstract expression of hockey.Regardless of how it looked. A seed of doubt has just been planted in the Stanley Cup plans of the Penguins. Thanks in very large part to Martin Jones. Jones second period was the best performance of any goalie in this playoffs.
