The San Jose Barracuda looked primed to cruise to another victory after the second period of this game but the Moose were having none of it as a combination of Barracuda complacency and a late game push by the Moose (score effects) saw the Barracuda escape with a 5-4 win.
The game started much like the last game did a tight checking affair that didn’t see either team get much room to do much of anything. The Moose would open the scoring at 3:24 with a goal from Peter Stoykewych (4) with assists from Branden Kichton (11) and Brendan Lemieux (5).
