After coming off of a masterful performance against the Washington Nationals last weekend, Chris Stratton delivered once again throwing six shutout innings while only allowing four hits Against the Milwaukee Brewers. He picked up his second win on the year and has thrown 12 consecutive shutout innings.
This was the type of game that has rarely been seen this year. This was a Giants win. Not much action in this one. After Stratton pitched, Matt Cain, Mark Melancon, and Sam Dyson threw three shutout innings to shut the door and get the shutout.
