Giants' Duffy pulled after taking fastball off left wrist

Matt Duffy was replaced in the sixth inning of Monday afternoon's game after getting drilled by a 96 mph fastball.

Duffy was batting with two outs and one on in the top of the sixth when a Mike Foltynewicz fastball rode up and in and hit him flush on the left wrist. Duffy took a couple of steps out of the box and then bent down in pain. Trainer Dave Groeschner ran out to check on the third baseman. When Duffy held his hand up, his wrist was shaking.

Kelby Tomlinson came in on a double-switch in the bottom half of the inning, with Duffy likely being sent for X-Rays.
