SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Competing up North for the second consecutive week, the University of San Francisco men's and women's track & field teams participated in the Hornet Invite, hosted by Sacramento State on Friday, Mar. 15, and Saturday, Mar. 16, at Hornet Stadium.
The women's program had a successful meet, earning a sixth-place team finish in a 17-team field with 42 points, while the men secured eight points and finished in a tie for 11th.
Beginning on Friday evening, Grace Copeland kicked off with a strong finish in the 3000 meters, earning a third-place finish at 9:39.
