Thursday was quite the day in court for San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster. His ex-girlfriend had her day in court, formally recanting the statement she made to police when she pressed charges against Foster. The judge announced at the end of the day that she will take six days to consider the evidence and on May 23rd, she will announce whether or not Foster will face trial.
