The San Francisco 49ers captured their second win of the season with a 22-21 win over the Los Angeles Rams.
San Francisco erased a 14-point fourth quarter deficit and won the game on a last-minute touchdown and two-point conversion. With the victory, the 49ers are now 2-13 on the season while the Rams dropped to 4-11.
