Comment: Blair is the Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the Year after finishing with 70 tackles, 19 tackles for loss and 7 1/2 sacks last year. His sack total ranked second in the conference. He’s a bit short for a defensive lineman in a 3-4 scheme but projects to that position with the 49ers. His 32 bench-press repetitions of 225 pounds at the scouting combine were the second most for a defensive lineman.
