Per Howard Blazer, the San Francisco 49ers have traded for lef...have signed long snapper Jon Condo. The 38-year old Condo has been to the Pro Bowl twice in his career. The Dallas Cowboys signed him after the 2005 NFL Draft as an undrafted free agent. From 2006-17, he was with the Oakland Raiders. In 2018, Condo was with the Atlanta Falcons, so there is your connection.
The 49ers waived long snapper Colin Holba in the corresponding move. Holba was filling in for Kyle Nelson, who is currently serving a ten-game suspension. Holba was signed back in early December 2018 when the 49ers found out about the suspension.
