Kyle Shanahan finally knows how much his unsportsmanlike conduct penalty cost him in Seattle last week: $25,000. This on top of the 15 yards the 49ers were penalized for after he threw an f-bomb at the officials. The fine came on Saturday from the league.
The penalty closes “Shoegate,” an incident where Fred Warner’s shoe came off and Seattle Seahawk quarterback Russell Wilson threw it behind the line of scrimmage. The Seahawks went to hurry-up and Warner jumped off the sidelines in exchange for Elijah Lee.
