The San Francisco 49ers will travel to face the Chicago Bears this weekend, and center Daniel Kilgore will travel with the team. Head coach Jim Tomsula confirmed that information, but also would not say if Kilgore will be activated off the PUP list for the game. The team has until 1 p.m. PT on Saturday to make a decision.
Tomsula did have a couple comments that might indicate Kilgore is a possibility to be activated. First, he said DeAndre Smelter likely would not travel with the team. Smelter is on the NFI list, and has to be activated between now and Monday.
