The San Francisco 49ers continue their search for any and all football talent. A day after we leaned they worked out free agent defensive end Cedric Reed, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson tweeted that the team worked out defensive tackle Kedric Golston.
Golston is 33 (turns 34 on May 30), and stands 6’4, 301 pounds. He was a sixth round pick of Washington back in 2006, and spent 11 seasons with the team. He’s a guy who has bounced in and out of the starting lineup, and while he has played his entire career in Washington, he is a sort of “journeyman” type of player anyway.
