The San Francisco 49ers are rumored to be shopping tight end Vernon Davis per a report on ESPN’s NFL Insiders show featuring Adam Schefter (h/t 49×365 the Podcast).
Schefter doesn’t necessarily come out and state the 49ers are actively trying to trade Davis. Rather he suggests San Francisco could merely be interested in making a move should another party be interested.
