According to CBS Sports, which obtained the information through an open records request, the trip cost Michigan $348,553 to hold their practices out of state at IMG.The trip was criticized by SEC commissioner Greg Sankey as well as SEC coaches, who sat it as a geographic infringement as well as a recruiting ploy.The training facility visit cost Michigan $146,912 and other costs included $107,148 for air fare, $51,359 for ground transportation, $39,519 for meals and per diem and $3,850 for unspecified other expenses.
