During these recent trying times I’ve had to remind myself, wait until Yonder Alonso and Wil Myers get back and everything will be alright.
Well, after being on the DL since May 7th, Alonso returned to the San Diego Padres starting lineup and boy did he make up for lost time, going 3 for 4 with two runs to help the Pads to a 7-2 victory over the New York Mets.
Surprisingly, the only Padres not to get a hit tonight were Justin Upton and Matt Kemp.
