Padres have hit parade in 5-3 win over the Phillies

The Padres (57-65) bounced back after a loss last night to capture a 5-3 victory over the Phillies (64-59) in Philly.

Dinelson Lamet threw six innings and surrendered all three runs on six hits, while racking up six strikeouts. The bullpen came in and shut the door for the victory. Matt Strahm pitched the seventh without giving up a hit. Next up was Andres Munuz who struck out a pair. That set things up for Kirby Yates to come in and close the door, collecting his 34th save on the year.
