As rumors regarding the fate of Kawhi Leonard and the Spurs continue to spread (mostly at the hands of “anonymous” sources and NBA execs), teams are lining up to try and pursue the Spurs’ franchise player this summer.
However, the Spurs are still resisting the force under the assumption that they can work things out with Leonard.
“You can never say done because everybody thought that the Aldridge thing was over and that there was no chance to salvage that,” one of the people said. “Pop went in and smoothed it over.
