BERKELEY, Calif.— Senior Manuel De Luis Lamelas battled but lost a straight-set match in the round of 32 as the USTA/ITA Northwest Men’s Regionals moved to indoor courts to the Bay Club in San Francisco and Broadway Tennis Courts in Burlingame to avoid the constant rain.
