Rutgers QB commit Jalen Chatman makes good decisions, takes care of the football

It's not often you find a high school quarterback who throws for almost 4,000 yards and 52 TDs -- to just six interceptions -- in one season of play.

However, that is the case for Rutgers three-star quarterback commit Jalen Chatman, a 6-foot, 170-pound rising senior from Narbonne (Harbor City, Cal.).

But the most impressive part about his stat line is the 8.7-to-1 touchdown to interception ratio he acquired, while playing against some of California's top competition in his first year as a starter. And that ratio doesn't even factor in the 662 rushing yards and six touchdowns he scored on the ground.
