Two months ago, the Rutgers staff's talks with Narbonne (Harbor City, Cal.) quarterback Jalen Chatman intensified, as it sought to find its quarterback for the 2017 class. Two months later, the position is still vacant, putting Chatman in position to grasp it.
"After meeting all the coaches and taking a tour of the campus and just looking at everything, I knew," Chatman, the 6-foot, 180-pound dual-threat told NJ.
