How Rutgers LB Tyshon Fogg is training his mind to catch up with his Big Ten body

PISCATAWAY -- Tyshon Fogg came out of high school with a "Big Ten-sized" body, so Rutgers' highest-rated true freshman linebacker is focused on developing a Big Ten-caliber mentality.

"It's studying the playbook, getting used to the speed of the game," Fogg said. "College is very different than high school dealing with the guys you go against on a day-to-day basis."

"You always have to work on your body and getting your body fat percentage lower. Even though I'm Big Ten-sized, you can always improve yourself. I'm studying the plays for when there is an opportunity.
