There's plenty of talent in Rutgers' 2016 class, but Sneed arguably stands at the top of the heap in terms of long-term upside. Throughout the recruiting process, it seemed as though Sneed was picking up a new offer every other day. A look at the full list shows that was more or less the reality of the situation. We barely have the column inches to republish the full list, but some of the standouts amongst his 20+ offers included Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, Illinois, Louisville, North Carolina, South Florida, Temple, Wake Forest, Utah, and UCF.
