1. He wasn't as showy as last year: Harbaugh stepped to the podium wearing a Michigan cap -- none of his peers did that -- but there was no Mike Ditka jersey to win over Chicago like he had last year.
Actually, Harbaugh's whole demeanor seemed a little different than it did at his introduction to Big Ten media day in 2014, when he yucked it up for the television cameras.
