Steven Duncan is a 6-5, 225-pound junior quarterback from Ashley Ridge (Summerville, S.C.), with strong interest in Rutgers. He currently holds offers from a slew of FCS schools but is also being recruited by Rutgers, Duke, Virginia, Eastern Carolina, Purdue and Florida State.
Duncan, who visited Rutgers on April 4, hopes to earn an offer from the Scarlet Knights, which could dictate the future of his recruitment.
"I think me and my dad are gonna try and get up during the sumer just depending on where we end up standing again with Rutgers, hopefully," Duncan told NJ Advance Media, Thursday.
