The rookie class of the 2017 Spring Split was one of the best we’ve seen in recent memory. In North America, Contractz was named rookie of the split and helped his team reach yet another NA final coming up just short to TSM. Akaadian also showed off his carry potential in the Echo Fox jungle and missed out on the rookie of the split award in NA by 3 points. For Europe, Xerxe took down the trophy as the aggressive and spontaneous jungler for the runner-up Unicorns of Love. He was then followed by Alphari and Hans Sama of the breakout Misfits.
