Can you imagine a medieval knight trying to fight on ice? The slipping, stumbling and clattering would be both the saddest and most hilarious things you would ever see. And that knight on horseback would be even worse. Whoooa boy! (Crashing sound).
The good names and logos stand out. Red Wings. Flyers. Canucks. Penguins (because it makes sense!). But the newest NHL logo and nickname, unveiled last month, has the internet mostly mocking them (see below).
But one source isn’t laughing. The sports teams of the U.S. Army, as you know, are called the Black Knights. Their parachute division, however, are known as the Golden Knights.
