Usually at this point in the League of Legends season, there is a player that is very clearly the obvious choice for MVP. In the 2016 Summer Split, it was Bjergsen from TSM and Trick from G2 esports. It was difficult to argue that either of those players didn’t deserve the award. This year, the choice isn’t so clear-cut and the award could go to a number people.
