DeAngeleo Yancey Does Well at Shrine Game

Yes, we have football to talk about, even in late January. It was 64 degrees in Indianapolis yesterday, so it was at least warmer than the last football game. Yesterday was the East-West Shrine Game in Tampa, and Purdue had a representative on hand. Senior receiver DeAngelo Yancey played for the East Team.

The overall result was defensive-oriented. The West team won 10-3 on a fourht quarter touchdown. Yancey played quite a bit for the East though. He was targeted four times and caught tow passes for 34 yards. his long pass was for 29 yards, the longest reception of the game for an East receiver.
