The Purdue Boilermakers football team is the latest to give the nation a sneak peak at some of the new looks we will see on the gridiron during the upcoming college football season.
Don’t worry, Purdue fans, there is no chrome or matte finish — at least not from what we can see.
Thanks to the Boilermakers, we have a clear look at the alternate white helmet that will be worn in 2015.
It is a clean style for the alternate helmet, with black and gold stripes down the center. The facemask is black — with small gold sections down the center to continue the stripe — and the right side of the helmet simply features black block numbers.
