Nuno Espirito Santo says he thinks he 'punched something' when he heard about Nottingham Forest's points deduction.
The club last week were docked four points for breaching Premier League profitability and sustainability rules (PSR), a penalty against which they have lodged an appeal.
It meant Forest dropped into the relegation zone, and when asked what his immediate reaction had been to the news, boss Nuno told a press conference on Thursday: 'I think I punched something that was near to me.
'Of course I was disappointed. But that lasted for a couple of minutes because immediately we have to bounce back from that moment and what we have to do is work harder.
