Hull manager Marco Silva has hit back at pundits and ex-players who criticised his appointment at the KCOM Stadium in January.
Among those to slam his arrival at the time were Paul Merson and Phil Thompson, with the ex-Arsenal man questioning what does he know about the Premier League while the latter added that 'he's not got a clue'.
Silva took over at the beginning of the new year with Hull rooted to the bottom of table but he has now guided the Tigers to 17th in the top flight, with five wins in their last 12 league encounters.
