Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness hailed the performance of goalkeeper Alissson in Liverpool's 0-0 draw against Manchester United.
The Brazilian made a number of important saves, one of which denied Red Devils midfielder Jesse Lingard, who was subsequently replaced due to injury.
Souness also implicitly criticised the contribution of Loris Karius during his time on Merseyside.
The Scotsman said: 'Last year Liverpool concede a penalty or a goal here,' alluding to their susceptibility when playing with Karius between the posts.
