A former Premier League star has been arrested in France and charged with gang-raping a 17-year-old.
Steve Marlet was arrested alongside two other men as Auxerre police investigate an alleged rape in 1997. At the time Marlet played for the local club.
The alleged crime was reported in 2012.
The France international striker became Fulham's record signing in 2001 when the club paid Lyon £11.
