England supporters WON'T be able to watch the U21 side's Euros campaign this summer after no UK broadcasters pick up the television rights

England Under 21s kick off their European Championship campaign on Thursday – but supporters will not be able to watch their progress on TV.

Lee Carsley’s side start against Czech Republic in Georgia and no UK broadcasters have picked up the rights for the competition.

Sky Sports committed to showing the 2021 tournament, which saw England eliminated from the group stage, but have not bid for the rights this time.

The BBC recently aired Under-21 fixtures, made available on the red button, yet also passed up the opportunity to document a squad stacked with Premier League stars.
