The 6'4", third-year shooting guard averaged 20.8 ppg for the Portland Trail Blazers this season, shooting 45% from the field and 42% from the arc...stellar numbers by any measure. But the Portland needs help at multiple positions in order to make the jump from "fun story" to true contention. The Blazers already feature a high-scoring guard in Damian Lillard, plus CJ is soon to make bank on an incredibly expensive contract extension.
