The second event of the 2019 eMLS season will take place on Sunday, February 17 at the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Frisco, Texas, starting at 2:30 pm PT. Opened in 2018, the Hall of Fame is a museum is dedicated to celebrating the United States' rich soccer history, weaving U.S. soccer history and technology to provide a unique look into the game's past and future.
