IRVINE, Calif. --- After 95 minutes of scoreless soccer, Portland freshman Natalie Muth buried the game-winner in overtime as the Pilots stunned the UC Irvine Anteaters 1-0 in a non-conference game played on a balmy Sunday afternoon at Anteater Stadium. Muth collects her third goal of the season and her first career game-winner.
Jess Kennedy earns an assist on the game-winner, which came when Muth had a ball fall to her feet five minutes into the first OT. The freshman did the rest, finishing inside the top left corner of the frame. Kennedy picks up her fourth assist on the year.
