PORTLAND, Ore. --- Carly Becker, a 6-0 goalkeeper out of Olympia, Wash., has signed a National Letter of Intent and will join the Portland Pilots women's soccer team as a freshman in the fall, announced head coach Garrett Smith. Becker joins the 2017 incoming class, which already includes Olivia Dendinger, Taryn Ries, Kendra Steele, Ellie Walker, Ellie Winkelmann, and Madison Zamora.
"Carly brings a passion for the game and wants to improve," said Smith. "She is just starting to open her eyes to the possibilities of her own personal growth in the game. At 6-feet tall, she automatically brings the size and strength necessary for the position at the Division I level.
