The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed 2015 preseason standout RB Terrell Watson.
During the 2015 preseason, Watson averaged 3.80 yards after contact which ranked eighth best of 123 qualifying running backs. He was also 14th in rushing yards with 130.
Watson’s numbers took a dip on limited carries during the 2016 preseason, however. He averaged 3.00 yards after contact per carry, 30th out of 108 qualifiers, while only rushing for 57 yards.
In both 2015 and 2016, Watson did struggle with his elusiveness, forcing only three missed tackles on his combined 41 carries.
