The Steelers have seen quite a few running backs come and go in recent years. Rashard Mendenhall, Jonathan Dwyer, Isaac Redman, Felix Jones, LaRod Stephens-Howling, Chris Rainey, John Clay, LeGarrette “I’m not getting enough carries, so I’m going to leave the field mid-game” Blount and kinda, sorta Dri Archer.
We all know what Le’Veon Bell is, and the unfortunate injury history. So, I won’t go into that at all.
I’m willing to say that DeAngelo Williams has been one of the best free-agent pickups that the Steelers have made.
